Welcome to our website. We would like to inform you about the way of handling your personal data in accordance with Article 13 of Regulation on Personal Data Protection (RODO).

The data administrator which is responsible for storing or handling of personal data is Darmex Casing Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at 86-100 Świecie, Sulnowo 53D, hereinafter referred to as the Administrator.

Personal Data Processing
Our site offers the log-in box (the Customer Zone) and the contact form. Access to the Customer Zone is available exclusively to the limited number of users authorised by the Administrator. The data you provide in the log-in box or in the contact form is processed pursuant to Article 6 Section 1 Letter f of RODO in order to allow the users of logging to register your queries and to answer your questions.  Thus, the Administrator pursues its legitimate interest by allowing to give you complete information on the offered products. Data submission is voluntary but required to log in or to contact us.

The data will be stored for the period of 1 year from the moment of cancellation of the user’s account or gathering the data by means of the contact form and on expiry of this period the data will be deleted or anonymized.

Passing personal data to third parties
We do not pass your personal data to any third parties.

Data Processors
We pass your details to service providers who support us in management of our website and related processes. Such passing of data is conducted on the basis of and under the agreement concerning data processing, pursuant to Article 28 on RODO. Our service providers are bound by restrictive instructions and contractual obligations.  

Your rights as users
RODO guarantees users certain rights within the scope of processing personal data.

  1. Right of access (Article 15 RODO):
    You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether your personal data is processed or not and if so also the right to obtain access to this data as well as information specified in Article 15 RODO.
  2. Right of rectification and erasure of data (Article 16 and Article 17 RODO):
    You have the right to demand immediate rectification of the personal data concerning you that is incorrect and, if necessary, the right to demand the completion of incomplete personal data.
    You also have the right to demand immediate erasure of the personal data concerning you providing that one of the conditions specified in Article 17 RODO applies, e.g. if the data is not necessary to achieve the objective sought.
  3. Right to have processing restricted (Article 18 RODO):
    If one of the conditions specified in Article 18 RODO applies, you also have the right to have processing restricted solely to storage, e.g. in the event of withdrawing consent to processing, for the period of potential verification.
  4. Right to data portability (Article 20 RODO):
    In certain cases, provided for in Article 20 RODO, you have the right to obtain personal data that concerns you in a structured, commonly used format that is machine readable and to demand sending data to a third party. 
  5. Right of objection (Article 21 RODO):
    If processing personal data is conducted on the basis of Article 6 Section 1 Letter f RODO (processing necessary for the purposes resulting from legally justified interest), you have the right to object at any time to the processing of such data for reasons connected with your concrete situation. Then, we will cease to process your personal data unless there occur convincing and legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedom of the data subject or, if the processing is intended to determine, claim or defend claims.
  6. The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority
    Pursuant to Article 77 RODO, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you think that the way of processing your personal data infringes the provisions on the protection of personal data. The right to lodge a complaint especially applies in a member state of the state of the habitual residence, the place of work or the place of allegedly committed breach.

Data security
To ensure that your data is protected against unauthorized access, certain technical and organizational means have been implemented. Our website uses encryption technologies. Your data will be passed to our servers and backwards by means of a connection protected by TLS technology.
Browsing a website secured by encryption technology can be recognized by a padlock symbol at the address bar or the fact that the address begins with the formula https://.

User’s data

Data gathered while visiting and using our website is stored on our server on a temporary basis for statistical purposes in order to improve quality of the site. The data includes:

    the site from which the query concerning personal data was sent,
    the name of the file with data,
    the date and time of the query,
    the volume of transmitted data,
    the status of access (the file sent, the file not found),
    the description of the type of the browser used,
    the IP address of the computer that sends the query which is shortened to the extent that makes identification of any personal data impossible.

The above indicated data of the user is stored anonymously and is not personal information.

The log-in box uses cookie files. Cookies are little parts of data stored and read by your terminal equipment. There are session cookie files which are erased upon closing your browser and permanent cookie files which are stored when the visit to the site has been completed. Cookies can contain data which make it possible to recognize the device used. However, in some cases cookie files only contain information on certain settings which are not personal data.

On our website we use session cookies for the purpose of optimization or providing support to the user.

It is possible to adjust the settings of your browser to ensure that you will receive information on storing or handling of cookie files by the website you visit. Thus, any use of cookie files will be clear for you. You can also delete the configuration of your browser at any time and prevent the use of new cookie files.
